In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase/items, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order- please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
In the unlikely event that you find a fault or an issue with any products, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order, at the email address shown above.
You must pay for the return postage and we suggest you obtain a receipt from the post office as the item remains your property until it is received back and logged at our warehouse.
All items must be unworn, in a re-saleable condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing. Please do not tape anything to shoe boxes or write on the boxes
We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we will return the item to you without refunding.
We will refund the original price of the item including the sale price or promotion price at the time of purchase (on the condition that the above points have been adhered to). Return postage costs are none refundable
We try our best to quality control every item but in the unfortunate event that you may have received a faulty item we will refund you the total amount of the item as quickly as possible once it has been received back and logged at our warehouse.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
Please note, if you qualify for free delivery and later decide to return items from the order you will be subject to a delivery charge which will be deducted from your refund.
